Bolt carriers to wood studs behind drywall. 

Step 2:
Fix sink to carrier with silicone adhesive.

Step 3:
Caulk between sink and finished wall.

Step 1:
Bolt carriers to wood studs behind drywall.

  • Primary carries are the (2) most outside brackets. These support the majority of the sink and are to be mounted 1-inch lower than the intended top surface height of your sink. For 34” ADA height requirements, mount primary carries at 33”.Secondary carriers provide secondary support and are placed under the basin of your commercial sink.
  • Secondary carriers are mounted 1/4-inch lower than the bottom surface of the basin of your sink.
  • Examples:
    29” for PreFab Series
    25-3/4’ for Designer Series

Step 2:
Fix sink to carrier with silicone adhesive.

  • Primary carries are placed in the opening on each side of the sink basin as illustrated.
  • Secondary carries are placed under the sink basin itself as illustrated.
  • Spacing between secondary carries should not exceed 32”, with typical spacing being 24” apart.
  • Sink is to be shimmed to intended height.
  • Ensure there is no space between the carrier and the sink.

Step 3:
Caulk between sink and finished wall.

Installation Notes:

  • Outer most carriers: Primary carriers
  • Inside Carriers: Secondary carriers
  • Spacing between all carriers:
    Minimum 18-inches. Maximum 32-inches.
  • Sink is to be shimmed to intended height.
  • Ensure there is no space between the carrier and the sink.
  • Primary brackets support the majority of the sink weight.
  • Secondary brackets support along the length of the basin.
